STORY
Capstone Marketing & Media began in late 2017 as a photography company with a passion for capturing moments that matter - in real estate, events, and everyday life. But over time, we realized we were doing more than just taking great photos: we were helping businesses tell their stories, elevate their brand presence, and connect with their audiences in powerful ways.
That realization sparked a shift. We evolved from Capstone Imagery into a full-fledged marketing and media company, combining our creative eye with strategic insight to help our clients stand out across every platform.
Headquartered in Wisconsin, our team brings a hands-on, collaborative approach to everything we do. We believe in showing up with fresh ideas, honest communication, and a results-driven mindset. Charles Horan
Owner & Director of Business Development
Nearly a decade ago, while earning his marketing degree, Charles founded Capstone as a freelance real estate photographer - but he always had a bigger vision. Today, with a dedicated team and the support of his wife, Capstone has grown into a thriving media and marketing powerhouse.
As Director of Business Development, Charles is deeply involved in the Fox Valley business community, actively networking and building relationships to help clients elevate their brands.
Beyond his busy shoot schedule, he’s not just flying drones for work - he’s also working toward his pilot’s license to make his high-flying dreams a reality.
Andrew Ziemke
Director of Marketing
Andrew brings a wealth of experience, across varied industries, in developing effective strategies that drive growth and engagement.
With a proven track record in leading successful campaigns, Andrew is dedicated to delivering impactful marketing solutions that align with your business goals.
Outside of work you’ll likely need to be in the woods, on the water, or at a golf course to find him!
Hannah Calvillo
Marketing Specialist
With a strong foundation in social media marketing and a creative eye for photography, Hannah helps brands show up strategically and authentically online.
She focuses on content strategy, brand messaging, and day-to-day planning that helps clients present themselves consistently and effectively across platforms.
When she’s not working on content calendars, you’ll likely find her hiking, enjoying a game night with friends, or grabbing coffee from a favorite local spot.
